Job description:
·         Must be PMP / PRINCE certified
·         At least having 6 to 7 years of experience on Project management handling project across multiple locations.
·         Strong written, oral communication & interpersonal skills.
·         Strong experiences in Client Relationship Management, Resource management.
·         Proficient in risk management and capable of baseline and re-baseline the projects.
·         Experience in managing the team in a matrix organization
·         Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
·         Forecasting Resource constraints. Maintain visibility of overall team pipeline and capacity
·         Prior exposure to Equities and Fixed Income domain is an added advantage.
·         Should be flexible to travel to International locations on short/ long term assignments, initially be in UK for 18 months and than come back to india

The Major Incident Management team is expanding. We provide leadership for the management of critical incidents within SMD.   We are looking for a proven leader to join our team and deliver outstanding results through collaboration and execution of our incident management processes.
This role requires a very smart, highly motivated self-starter in a fast paced technical environment.  This is a high visibility position that requires frequent contact with Directors and General Managers within Microsoft as well as vendors and technical support staff.  As such the successful candidate is a dynamic leader with a track record of identifying and developing strong relationships and successfully managing virtual teams and technical resources.
Qualifications Include:
·        Great project management and driving skills, effectively managing projects without direct authority and working with collaborative teams in a fast paced environment.
·        Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in complex or highly-charged situations.
·        Preferred experience in technical writing, technical and organizational analysis
·        Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.
·        Strong project management and driving skills, effectively managing project without direct authority and working cross teams
·        8+ years of experience in operations management, either functioning as  program manager, incident manager, major incident manager or escalation manager leading a team to drive critical incident resolution
·        A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
MOF / ITIL training and certifications.
